Model D50 It is not a standalone machine, but a powerful attachment designed for installing ground screws. Thanks to its compact dimensions and a low weight of 480 kg, it is easy to transport and is the ideal solution where a large standalone machine is not needed, but reliable performance is still required.
The device achieves a torque of 5,000 Nm at 37 rpm, which is sufficient strength for screwing in screws to a length 2.5 metres. Clamping force 6,350 N allows stable and accurate operation even in more demanding conditions.

What are the requirements for the hydraulics of a supporting machine?
The machine requires:
- Hydraulic pressure: minimum 200 bar
- Hydraulic flow: minimum 70 l/min
- Standard Hydraulic Quick Connectors
- Free from impurities in the oil — we recommend filtration to 10 microns
If your machine has higher pressure or flow, that's not a problem – the D50 works safely up to 280 bar.
Can the D50 do the same job as the A70 or B80?
D50 has a slightly lower torque (5,000 Nm vs. 7,000–8,000 Nm), but is still sufficient for drilling up to 2.5 m under normal conditions. Advantages of D50:
- Lower price
- Lighter weight
- No internal engine — lower maintenance
- Easy to use, manual
Disadvantages of D50:
- Requires a carrier machine (cannot be operated independently)
- Lower downforce – not suitable for extra hard soil
Choose D50 if you have an excavator or loader and are working with depths up to 2.5m. Choose A70 sky B80, if you need a separate machine.

We recommend operator training. Glentor offers basic training for boring machine operators, covering machine operation, maintenance, and safety.
What is the warranty?
Glentor provides a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear and maintenance (oil changes, filter replacements) are the responsibility of the operator. An extended warranty (max. 24 months) is possible upon agreement.
What is the delivery time?
Standard: 12–14 weeks from order.
