Pergolas and carports
Screw-in ground screws for garden pergolas and canopies. The machine allows for rapid installation without excavation and concrete.
The machine weighs just 1,700 kg with transport dimensions of 902 × 2,000 × 2,500 mm. Thanks to its compact design, it easily fits onto smaller construction sites and requires minimal manoeuvring space. It is the only choice when you have limited access to the construction site.
Ideal for gardens, yards, narrow plots, and spaces with limited room. Compact dimensions allow for transport and deployment even in hard-to-reach locations where larger machinery cannot go.
Precise positioning of the ground screw thanks to the face mounting system with adjustable tilt on the carriage:
This setting allows for easy adaptation to undulating terrain.
The integrated DTH (Down-The-Hole) pre-drilling tool can handle very firm soil profiles, folded soils, and fractured rocks without the risk of machine failure. The technology uses a hydraulic hammer to break up hard substrata and compressed air from an auxiliary unit to remove material from the drilled area.
The operator checks all functions remotely without physical contact with the machine. This ensures safety on the construction site and eliminates risks associated with direct handling.
Model A70 is the most compact screw pile driver in our range. Thanks to its size and weight 1.7 tonnes It is easily transportable and ideal where hard-to-reach places need to be accessed. Nevertheless, it offers enough power for reliable and precise construction of smaller structures.
The machine is working with infinitely variable torque up to 7,000 Nm, which allows it to effectively drill even in solid soil profiles. Maximum screw length 2.55 m is optimal for pergolas, smaller timber structures, fences or prefabricated constructions.
The transport dimensions of the machine are 902 × 2,000 × 2,500 mm, which ensures easy handling even during transport.

When to choose the A70? When you need compactness, a lower price, and work with screws up to 2.55 metres. Ideal for smaller constructions and restricted access locations.
The Glentor A70 is supplied as standard with the following accessories:
The machine can be equipped with the following optional accessories:
The Glentor A70 is designed for smaller constructions and projects in confined spaces. Ideal uses include pergolas, fences, extensions, small timber frame buildings, and prefabricated structures. The machine is also suitable for applications where access for heavy machinery is limited and a compact solution is needed.
Model B80 is heavier (2,480 kg vs 1,700 kg), more powerful (43.7 kW vs 28 kW) and offers higher torque (8,000 Nm vs 7,000 Nm). B80 is designed for medium-sized projects with more demanding soils and deeper drilling (up to 2.5 m). The A70, in contrast, excels in its compactness, mobility and lower price. Choose the A70 if you have limited space; choose the B80 if you require higher power.
Yes. The machine has a maximum torque of 7,000 Nm, which is sufficient for standard hard soils. Additionally, a DTH pre-drill can be fitted for very solid profiles and rocks without the risk of machine failure.
The machine is self-propelled with its own travel speed of 3 km/h. For longer distances, it is transported on a small trailer (can be single-axle). Compact transport dimensions (902 × 2,000 × 2,500 mm) allow it to be transported even on type B trailers.
We recommend that you complete operator training. Glentor offers basic training for pipe ramming machine operators, covering machine operation, maintenance, and safety when working with remote controls.
Glentor provides a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear and maintenance (oil changes, filter replacements) are the responsibility of the operator. An extended warranty (max. 24 months) is possible upon agreement.
Standard: 12–14 weeks from order.
Rent: possible by agreement.
