Our services
Service and maintenance
We provide a complete service and regular maintenance for all Glentor machines. Customer support, provided by our certified technicians, is available in real-time in all countries of distribution.

All service operations are described and documented in the Operating Manual.
Operator training
Integral to the delivery of the machine to the end customer is qualified training for the operating personnel.
The training of service staff is focused on the operation and maintenance of machines. Training takes place either at the training centre in Prague or directly at the customer's premises, depending on specific needs.
The training content includes basic and advanced machine control and operation, machine transport and transportation, parameter settings such as torque, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, as well as wireless control and remote operations.
Spare parts
We provide a full range of spare parts for the supplied machinery to meet all customer needs. All parts are in stock or available on demand.
Remote diagnostics
Online support and telematics for rapid problem-solving without an in-person visit.
What we can do remotely:
- Real-time troubleshooting
- Phone consultation with the operator
- Video diagnostics (operator sends video, we offer advice)
- Software and firmware updates
- Monitoring of parameters (temperature, pressure, times)
- Preventing disorders using telemetry

Preventive maintenance plan

Warranty and post-warranty service
Warranty
- Standard warranty: 12 months on all Glentor machines
- Extended warranty: By agreement (24 months, or by arrangement)
- Guarantee covers: Manufacturing defects, component defects, electronic failures
- Warranty does NOT cover: Routine maintenance, normal wear and tear of components, improper use of the machine contrary to the operating manual.
After-sales service
After the warranty expires, we offer:
- Service contracts with guaranteed response times (24–48 h)
- Lowest prices on repairs and maintenance
- Continuation of preventive maintenance
- Option to upgrade to premium packages

What is covered by the warranty?
The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing and functional defects
- Component defects
- Electronic malfunctions
The warranty for purchased components is governed by the manufacturer's warranty terms.
The warranty DOES NOT COVER:
- Routine maintenance
- Operational wear of components
- Abuse and improper operation
- Damage caused by third-party interference
Proper maintenance is a condition for the warranty to remain valid.
What training do you recommend?
At least basic operator training (safety + operation).
Following agreement, we will provide comprehensive operator training for effective machine operation.
Training is available:
- At the company headquarters (Prague)
- On-site at your premises (for an additional charge depending on scope)
What to do if a machine breaks down outside of working hours?
You have the following options:

Do you service machines from other brands?
We primarily service Glentor machines.
We are happy to arrange machines from other manufacturers for you upon prior agreement.
How long does remote diagnostics take?
Usually 30–60 minutes.

- We will advise you by phone on what to do.
- We will resolve the problem remotely or recommend a technician visit.
