Our services

Service and maintenance

We provide a complete service and regular maintenance for all Glentor machines. Customer support, provided by our certified technicians, is available in real-time in all countries of distribution.

Operator training

Integral to the delivery of the machine to the end customer is qualified training for the operating personnel.

The training of service staff is focused on the operation and maintenance of machines. Training takes place either at the training centre in Prague or directly at the customer's premises, depending on specific needs.

The training content includes basic and advanced machine control and operation, machine transport and transportation, parameter settings such as torque, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, as well as wireless control and remote operations.

Spare parts

We provide a full range of spare parts for the supplied machinery to meet all customer needs. All parts are in stock or available on demand.

Remote diagnostics

Online support and telematics for rapid problem-solving without an in-person visit.

Warranty and post-warranty service

Warranty

  • Standard warranty: 12 months on all Glentor machines
  • Extended warranty: By agreement (24 months, or by arrangement)
  • Guarantee covers: Manufacturing defects, component defects, electronic failures
  • Warranty does NOT cover: Routine maintenance, normal wear and tear of components, improper use of the machine contrary to the operating manual.

After-sales service

After the warranty expires, we offer:

  • Service contracts with guaranteed response times (24–48 h)
  • Lowest prices on repairs and maintenance
